Saturday 3rd March was the first of two Lent Lunches at Grouville Parish Hall served by the team from Gouray (led by the wonderful team leader Pam). Numbers attending took a hit due to the weather and the competition for parking spaces due to a large wedding taking place at the same time. The next Gouray one is on 17th March but of course they will take place each Saturday between 12.00 and 2.00 p.m. throughout Lent. The soups and the homemade bread were awesome. Thanks everyone!
