What to expect on a Sunday morning.


Update -  Services in church are currently only 8.30am and 10.30am

8.30 am. Holy Communion Quiet and reflective; our early morning service follows the standard Anglican Communion service from 'Common Worship' (Approx. duration: 40-45 minutes).

9.30 am.  Coffee and Croissants and prayer at the vicarage


10.30 am, All Age Service (first Sunday of the month). Our bright and lively family service is enjoyed by all ages. It is an inter-active service, seeking to present Christian stories in a relevant and enjoyable way. Children take an active role, through reading, prayer and drama (Approximate duration: 45 minutes)  

10.30 am, Holy Communion (second fourth and fifth Sunday of the month) Children's groups run during this service (meeting in church and then going into Sunday school in the vicarage.) It is a service combining modern and traditional themes. (Approximate duration: about an hour)

10.30 am Morning Worship (third Sunday) We often are joined by the choir of Gouray Young Voices on the 3rd Sunday of the month.  This service includes Sunday Club for children meeting in Church and then going to Sunday School in the Vicarage) but is based on Morning Prayer and does not include Holy Communion. (Approx duration: 1 hour)


6.00 pm, Sung Evensong (first Sunday of the month)  a traditional sung Evensong following the Book of Common Prayer. (Approximate. duration: 1 hour)
